Ala Artesana Sculpture

The Ala Artesana is a hand-carved bird sculpture wrapped strand by strand in vibrant, naturally dyed thread a small, joyful piece of Mexican folk art. Every color is drawn from nature itself pigments extracted from plants and earth, then used to hand-dye each thread with only the gold left in its natural metallic shine. Because each bird is finished by hand, no two are ever alike, making it a charming accent or a heartfelt gift for a shelf, desk, or gallery wall.
