Due to the handcrafted and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, all sales are final. Each piece is individually handmade with care and attention to detail, making it truly unique and impossible to replicate.
Each product is handmade, and slight variations in color, texture, shape, glaze, or finish may occur as part of the artisanal process. These variations are not defects, but a reflection of the authenticity and craftsmanship of each piece. By purchasing, you acknowledge and appreciate these natural characteristics as an essential part of the product.
For this reason, we do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This policy applies to all items, including sculptures, figurines, fine art pieces, and made-to-order creations.
We kindly ask customers to inspect their items upon delivery. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing clear photos of the damaged item and its original packaging. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement at our discretion. Requests submitted after this 48-hour period will not be accepted.
