Peces Decorative Plate

In Mexican folk art, fish are a symbol of abundance and life that keeps flowing. On this hand-painted Olinalá plate they gather in a lively navy-blue school against bright white lacquer, each figure drawn freehand and etched by an artisan’s hand, so no two plates are ever exactly alike.

Display it in the kitchen or dining room as a wish for a table that is always full, or give it as a meaningful gift for a housewarming, a wedding or a new business. Beautiful on its own.

To keep your Olinalá lacquer piece looking its best, we recommend:
- Dust with a soft, dry cloth; wipe marks with a barely damp cloth and dry right away.
- Keep away from direct sun, heat and humidity, which can dull or crack the lacquer.
- Avoid water, alcohol, perfume and cleaning products.
- Use a liner under glasses or food; never place hot items on the surface.
- Store wrapped in soft fabric.
