Small but striking, this mini vase is hand-shaped from Oaxacan barro negro and pierced with delicate openwork. Just the right size for a single stem, a few dried flowers, or simply as a sculptural little object on a shelf or desk.

Made by hand in San Bartolo Coyotepec, its deep black sheen comes purely from traditional burnishing no glaze or added color. Each piece carries the subtle marks of its maker, so no two are quite the same.
