Luna Negra Tray

Luna Negra is the night to our Luna Blanca. Deep black lacquer is etched by hand with animals and flowing folk motifs in tone-on-tone relief, so the design reveals itself slowly as the light moves across it. It is crafted in the Olinalá tradition of Guerrero, where lacquer is built up in layers and carved by hand.

Generous in size with cut-out handles, it anchors an ottoman or coffee table, carries drinks and candles to the terrace, or displays books and a vase on a console. Pair it with Luna Blanca for a striking black-and-white statement, or give it as a sophisticated hosting gift.

To keep your Olinalá lacquer piece looking its best, we recommend:
- Dust with a soft, dry cloth; wipe marks with a barely damp cloth and dry right away.
- Keep away from direct sun, heat and humidity, which can dull or crack the lacquer.
- Avoid water, alcohol, perfume and cleaning products.
- Use a liner under glasses or food; never place hot items on the surface.
- Store wrapped in soft fabric.
